On to the third part of my five-part best of the Simpsons series. But first, a very unfortunately placed advertisement.


Brother from Another Series
Sideshow Bob's brother, Cecil, manages to get sideshow Bob released from prison to work on his dam. Bart is suspicious about what Bob is up to, and investigates. Cecil is embezzling money from the dam, and, when Bart and Lisa discover this, locks them and Bob in the dam and goes to blow it up. They all escape.

Best Scenes/Quotes

• The best part about this episode is the tension between Frasier and Niles (oops, I mean Sideshow Bob and Cecil). If you're a Frasier fan, it's comedy gold. The episode also contains a number of subtle references to Frasier. I think that's probably the only reason I rate it so highly.
• Cecil "Goodness, I had no idea! For you see, I have been on Mars for the past decade, in a cave with my eyes shut, and my fingers in my ears."
• Cecil I'm framing you and I'm doing a really excellent job, too.
  Bob Wait a minute. This is all because I got to be Krusty's sidekick instead of you, isn't it?
  Cecil Off the record, yes. But officially, I did it for the money!
